Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing services to join UGM. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, drive growth in the Omani market, and provide accurate instructions to our technical team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and feedback.
  • Understand client business objectives and develop tailored sales plans.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Provide accurate and detailed instructions to the technical team.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in new business pitches and proposals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
